I saw a step by step instructions on building a box mod using mad vapes stuff on the first page here is the link! http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/95728-tutorial-juicebox-around-8-a.html and at only $8.00 you can make a bunch (send some out as gifts) <--hint LOL even sell them in the classified here on ECF please let me know how you get along and make a video of you using the steam punk soldering tool LOL

all the luckThe easiest thing to do for you first mod would be a basic 3.7v box mod. mad vapes box mod you can buy the kit, or buy the parts individually.
this will give you the basic idea on how the mods are made. if you want to make your own tube mod. tube mod That will also give you the basic principles on how they are made.
after you do those, who knows you might be the next great mod builder.

One 5v 510 Box Mod Kit The red one, the black one is sold out
Three Ultrafire Protected 14500 Battery, 900 mAH, assuming the 5v mod takes two 14500's, not sure, doesn't say
One charger BR-1206W Lithium Ion Battery Charger.
As you might notice, in my video I mentioned that I didn't need batteries or chargers. I thought, I will just order those over here in the Netherlands. But Madvapes has them a lot cheaper, so I decided to order those as well.
All together for $ 48.34. And Madvapes has offered to pay for the postage, 15 bucks to get it to Europe, which is obviously very nice of them.
What do you think? Am I missing something? Could I do better? Am I a total idiot? Please tell me.

Hilarious!! Love your quest. I'm in the same boat... trying to decide what to get with my certificate too. I might follow this thread and see how you do. I've never soldered before either. Good luck!!!
