So my computer died at work and I got the rest of the day off!

Isn't it kinda sad that we can't work without a PC anymore??? I work 11:30am-8:00pm, and my PC went south about 4:30ish. So I.T. could not get it up and running before 5, so we called my supervisor who just had left, and told me "well....go home!" We're prob'ly gonna wipe the hard drive tomorrow and start fresh. Now, I do NEED the PC for the tasks I do during the course of the day, I COULD use another PC issued to someone who finished at 5:00 and not miss a beat, but with confidentiality issues, and personal privacy and so on and so forth.....no computer? Go home. And get paid for it too.

p.s. I know what crashed the PC and I WILL do it again one day...on a nice friday at 4:00
