I just came back to Singapore and customs/Health Science Authority took away my e-cig and cartomizers.

Maybe i can only blame my lack of willpower but in the past week i have smoked 4 packs of normal ciggies and i have a cough and a sore-throat now. I am REALLY very ...... off about a greedy government who takes away a healthier alternative for its citizens just to protect their revenue from taxing cigarettes.

I really do not know if the other political parties would still ban e-cigs but i'm definately not voting PAP(greedy pieces of poo) again, i want to give the other guys a chance to see if they are as greedy.

e-cig was in carry on. box of cartomizers in luggage, what a mistake as they only found it via scanning luggage, i should have put it all on my person/carry on.

Now they warned me that i used my 1 grace chance, next time they catch me bringing it i'll be fined SG$5000.00

after every cigarette now i check to see if i'm alone, and i purposely litter the ground with my cigarette butts. They're making a killing(both in $ and their citizens) so they can bloody well hire someone to clean up after.

That's why it's essential that we all learn how to make our own juice, our own atomizers and our own e-cigarette mods. They can't ban everything. Stock up. Just remember that nicotine has a shelf life. It is possible, but not recommended, to extract your own nicotine from tobacco and PG and VG can never be banned because they are in everything. They can't stop us, only slow us down.

To the OP I recommend ordering the separate parts you need from madvapes or whoever will send to Singapore, then hit up some labs and get the chemicals you need (VG, PG, Liquid Nicotine, flavors), order you some kanthal or nichrome wire and some silica or ceramic wick and get to work. For starters it may be even easier to get your hands on a 510 connection like what fits on the end of a battery and an old USB cord and chop it up and wire it up into a flashlight or something and get yourself a little button to put on it from Radio Shack or whatever they have over there and make it work. It's easy to do. Maybe even a 5v USB passthrough or even an ecig could get through the mailing system. Who knows?

the e-cig was a chinese brand. i think based on the "green smoking e-cig", and 9 cartomizers

well, whatever you do, it sounds like you need back ups for your back ups. I wouldn't put huge amounts of $$ into anything if they might take them. You might want to go with a Volt starter kit and a couple extra batts,,,,only take ONE if you can help it whenever you go out,,,,,and have 3-4 back ups at home.

It's not that hard. All you'll need is a soldering iron, some silver solder (lead is found in regular solder, that's bad!) some nichrome or kanthal wire (gauge dictates the resistance so read up and choose wisely), silica or ceramic wick, and the mod parts or you can just get the connector and a battery pack that you can even salvage from an old electronic device in the trash.

Here's an easy vid on how to make a passthrough. That would be an easy first step. You could always get a usb car lighter adapter and then you'd be tethered to outlets and cars but it's better than nothing. VapeTalk - How to Make a 5V Passthrough for $4 - YouTube
