Don't have a VS or MVP2. I do have a Provari and usually run it with the 18650 battery cap. It just lasts longer. I carry it everywhere I go.

For something smaller I have the Innokin iTaste VV V3.

Depending on how much you vape I doubt the Provari with 18490 battery will last 12 hours. Especially with slightly older batteries.

Provari with an 18650 will get you through a day at work, but I'd carry a spare battery.

DNA30 mods are definitely a good choice. I don't own one but I've vaped one at the local B&M. $120 was more than I wanted to part with for another mod, though. Looks like the Vapor Shark rDNA is about $180. Still too much for a plastic box vape! For that money I want SS.

How do you carry your device? I have a standard and mini Provari, in addition to an MVP. I prefer carrying a Provari in my pocket because I find the tube shape more comfortable in my hand and to fit better in a pocket. I'd also feel more comfortable with the Provari being more durable against accidents than either the VaporShark or MVP. Even if it might get broken, its the only one of the three that can be fixed by the manufacturer.

Have the mini ProVari and the MVP, and they serve me well. However, I want a box mod about the size of a MVP with replaceable battery and repairable like the ProVari. Have been in correspondence with Vapor Shark for the rDNA. Yes, they repair beyond the 4 mo. warranty period. There is a schedule of repair costs on their web site.......and I really, really like the feel of their shark skin!

mvp. unless your looking for a 12+W experiance.... cheap enough - durable as ....... - and can charge other items if need be. will fire down to 0.5ohms but at only a 3.5A max...

My MVP2 only fires down to 0.9Ω

Out of the three devices listed, the MVP has the largest battery capacity. I have used mine as a go to work device. And with a reasonable build in my kayfun, I could use at work for a couple days without a recharge. Your mileage may vary. ;)

Price wise, I'd certainly be more upset if a Provari or rDNA was lost or damaged at work, then an MVP.

I have all 3 of those mods except the VS is the VSDNA30 (non-r version) I stopped using the MVP when I got the provari – I never liked the button on the MVP.
I never use the provari in anything except 18350 mode because I like the size – It takes 2 18350s to get through the entire day – That being said – I LOVE the VSDNA30. The 1300mah battery lasts me all day (low wattage vaper). I have only managed to drain the battery once during a day of vaping.
With the BVC you should get close to 12 hrs or better out of the 18490 and the provari – the rDNA will almost certainly last 12hrs –
I carry the provari or the VS in my front pocket and the tank in a very small nylon velcro sheath in my shirt pocket. I wouldn’t trade ether MOD really. Whichever mod is not in my pocket is normally in my computer bag:)

MVP is sliding towards becoming obsolete. 11 watts doesn't do it anymore. Get a cheap DNA 30. Just got a $43 unit from Focalecig. It's not perfect, but since I have a Clouper also, MVP is collecting dust. With 50 & 100 watts coming... a MVP belongs in the vaping hall of fame, it had a time & a place.

now this makes me question the saftey of my mvp... i sat and tested it all night just to see how low it would go. anything below .5ohms on mine wont read or fire - shows 0.0

MVP is sliding towards becoming obsolete. 11 watts doesn't do it anymore..

simply the vaping scene has change and more people are attracted to the cloud aspects....

also due to change in scene it seems people forgot/became ignorant to the fact that more than 11W can be produced using the mvp. its called voltage mode and simple math.
