So what's the deal with Croatia?

I've seen quite a few mods come out of Croatia. They seem like fairly quality devices too, although I haven't seen any reviews on them. It's kind of interesting, but I'm wondering why are there so many Croatian devices, and has anyone ever used one? I have to admit, some of them look pretty cool. What's the Croatian ecig scene like?

Croatia is a small country in Eastern Europe; population abt 4.5 milion.

Croatia also seems like a great country to score rare Pelikan fountain pens at ridiculously good prices. Just sayin'.

Thanks for the info, Smislow. The Black Pearl and Peaceofcake are actually what made me ask, along with seeing a few Croatian made pieces on an ecig mod database. I'm always interested in what other countries are doing with ecigs, since most of what I see around the forums either comes from America or China. Croatia is definitely a name that keeps popping up, so I'll be keeping an eye on what they develop.
