Well......I FINALLY put in my order at thagbuilt for my "Bad Mother Chucker"!!!!

I also ordered:

2 18650's 2400 mAh Protected Rechargeable Battery + Charger on eBay

6 RCR123A's 750mAh LiFePO4 Rechargeable batteries with a Smart Charger from all-battery

and from nhaler.......
5 Blank 510 Mega Cart Colors: Black
1 Twisted Drip Tip:Amber Onyx Stripe
1 Colored Drip Tip:Green

Now.......on those drip tips, they are apparently plastic (but look really cool), has anyone else used the plastic ones? I know you guys suggested the type A metal tips(basicly the same price), and I will also order one of those if they actually perform better.

Have I covered everything? Am I missing anything? Oh, wait...I am!!!! With all of this new equipment ($148.57 worth), I should hit TastyVapor up for some new juice to go with my new toy!!!! But other than that....I should be set, right?

The Delrin tips are just as good, I prefer them myself so you're good there.

Just be careful with those Tenergy LiFePo4's you bought, they have a .55a max draw, and you'll be pulling 1.90a +/- from them with the cartomizers. The good news, they are safe chem and won't blow up, but you'll be overworking them from word go, and will most likely die out on you much faster than they should.

Damn.....I thought I was getting the best ones by going with those!!!! Oh well:unsure:. By "die out" do you mean they may only last me a few months before I need to replace them, or that they will only last a short time between charges?

They should perform allright, from what I've heard. But by the statistics you'll be replacing them a lot sooner than you should have to yes as far as long term recharge life.

The AW LiFePo4's are the best bet for 6v. They can handle 8a max output, and frankly they last me almost a day and a half between charges. I also only vape around 2-4ml a day though so if you do more then they will last you not as long.

I've been very happy with the Type B metal tips.

Amy likes the Type A so I included a couple in my order to try them.

Quake likes Delrin which I don't particularly like. I got one from Super T. They seem to hold the flavor a little better so you really have to wash them between flavors, possibly because they have a little texture to them. The metal ones often don't need anything or, at most, need a quick swipe with a Q-Tip.

The plastic ones are new. The first batch had some cracking problems but Drew replaced those. I haven't heard anything bad about them since they fixed that problem. (I'd love to get ones to match my Chuck. Let me know how you like them.)

I have 6 of them.....so when they start to suck, I will be sure to replace them with the AWs....honestly, I didnt realize they WERENT AWs (whats AW mean, anyway?)

Matching my chuck is EXACTLY why I ordered these......why dont you like them, are these the ones that are hard to get in and out of the cartos? I will definately let you know if I like them or not...but Im used to the regular 510 cartriges with no tip...so Im not sure how valid my opinion will be untill I try a few different types, I guess.
Did you buy (or already have) some attys too?
I DO have some regular 510 attys, 5 of them as a matter of fact. 2 of them arent "real" Joyes and I really dont care for them at all, but I keep them around for back up just in case everything else craps out on me at the same time.

I'm interested in trying the new plastic ones. They are purty.

The Delrin one I bought has a little texture to it. It seems to me that it ends up tasting like the flavor I was vaping so I have to wash them out thoroughly. I just wash the metal ones occasionally for hygiene purposes. I think the pretty plastic ones look as smooth as the metal ones so, once I have some money to play with, I do want to try them. (But for now, my only real purchases will be liquid and cartos -- those are the only needs, rather than wants.)

CloudsOfVapor JUST replenished the cartos you suggested Poeia, so I ordered a 5 pack of those as well as the nhaler ones I ordered earlier today. TastyVapor has 6 flavors on sale this week instead of 4, so I have 7 new flavors on the way as well. Man....My wifes gonna wanna kick my .... for splurging on myself so much today....but Im STILL ahead when comparing it to what I would have spent on analogs over the last 6 or 7 weeks since I started vaping!!!

For the regular 510 mega cartos (not the low resistance or high resistance) COV and Nhaler carry the same ones. Same box, same everything. They both always have 10% off and this week COV has 15% off.

If you've got 25 cartos coming from COV plus 25 from Nhaler and 7 bottles of TV, batteries, chargers, drip tips and your Chuck, you don't have to spend another penny until fall. You probably will spend some (need to try new juices), but you can get by on very little.

10 cartos, 7 flavors of e-liquid. You're fine for a month. I have no idea how long mine last because I always have so many flavors going at the same time. If you are vaping primarily one flavor, they are rumored to last a couple of weeks. I've only rejected 1 in the 2 1/2 weeks since I tossed all my nicotine ones. And you can always clean them once.

I usually chuck out my cartos every other week. Depends how many I have going.
Ten will last you some time. I usually stick to one flavor at a time, as long as you don't vape it dry, topping off alittle more often, you can run that thing for a good two weeks before the odd taste sets in.

Beecee posted that she ran one for a month straight!

Better your wife kill you than the cigs! It's an investment that does more than pay off in money saved on cigs, it's an investment in your health and life.

You'll have to excuse me, after this weekend I am on this weird cig free high. It really hit me that even in massive humidity and heat, I had so much more go because I wasn't smoking. A smack in the face at what I had been doing to myself but also a real great feeling too.
