Andria, you should just blow the cloud down towards the floor. The vapor is much heavier than smoke, so it sinks as it dissipates.

Yeah, probably true, but we have a cat wandering around down there... if I blow it upward, it thins out and basically disappears as it settles, so that hopefully any vapor reaching her level will be too mixed with air to be dangerous for her.

Ketchup?!?!?!?!? Sacrilegious [emoji36]

Just knock its horns off and let it see the grill on the way to the plate. [emoji106]

I used to work at Outback. The cooks know when they get one of my orders. It's a ribeye prefaced in the computer with FATTIEST CUT POSSIBLY ATTAINABLE.

I've been smoking on and off since I was 13, but not enough to really say I was addicted or to now call myself an ex-smoker. I pretty much only smoked socially and when I was holding a drink in my other hand. I did buy my first e-cig to replace cigarettes, because I was having urges to smoke more. Still, I vape more than I have ever smoked in the past, and it's become an addiction that helps me deal with stress. I think it does the same for other people who may never have smoked at all. In fact, I have a friend who is an ex-.... addict who enjoys vaping because there's a ritual to peparing the coil and the tank, just like there was to preparing a bag [MODERATED]. I have another friend who uses vaping to deal with a soda and food addiction. If vaping keeps people from using more harmful substances, even if they've never used them before, then more power to them. :)

Edit: Now why in the world was the word censored from my post? Weird.

If ya ever need to see the wrong side of vaping, just hit up reddit

Some of those guys have had multiple battery ventings and pretty much act like its an everyday common thing. In 5 years this is something i have never experienced.

Guess im just not edgy enough

I haven't had one vent in the 3 years I been vaping either, and with some of the stuff I been through I haven't always been able to be nice to my cells

Whats been cracking me up lately is that the transistion is being made onto more powerful VW devices, you still see people focusing on low-res builds. This is a huge red flag of "I dont know the first thing about what the hell I'm doing". Like a dog driving a car; good Youtube footage, but in the real world someones gonna get hurt.

In the vape world, theres nothing wrong with high-wattage vaping, and many do it well, but I do not want an inexperienced person to start there.
In the car world, theres nothing wrong with high-horsepower cars, and many drive them well, but I do not want an inexperienced driver to start with a 600-whp Camaro.
In the gun world, theres nothing wrong with high-power guns, and many do it well, but I do not want a new shooter starting with a .454 Casull snub.
In the woodworking world, theres nothing wrong with table saws, and many use them well, but I do not want someone whos never used power tools operating one.
Etc etc etc...

A high-wattage cloud chaser, who has come up through the ropes, can rattle off the voltage drops for all their mods, the momentary and constand max amps for various batteries, that vaper I have no argument with. That's also the person you wont see starting threads about the weird reactions they get from people when they blow clouds in their face on the street, or asking why the cotton in their dripper burst into flames, or other similar things that act as a giant flashing sign saying "hey goobermint types, we really need to be regulated before we kill someone!".

You mean like this guy? Picks up his $50k 707 hp Dodge Hellcat and crashes it into a tree an hour later.

First Hellcat Sold in Colorado Wrecked An Hour After Purchase

The good news is that totaled car will be up for auction soon.

The bad news is that the estimated repair cost is almost $40k.

My comment will only deal with the more important issue about chastising someone for eating a well done steak.

Frankly, I get more crap from ignorant ...... who go eww when I order my steak rare. Then they proceed to ask for A1 for their tasteless well done excuse for a steak they ordered.
Well done steak isnt steak, it's undersmoked jerky.

The first time I took my nephews out for a steak dinner and they ordered their steaks well done, I told them no, you do not eat a steak well done. I told them that I refuse to pay for a well done steak. So they ordered medium (I always have mine medium rare) and they realized that it tastes so much better when it is not overcooked.

The worst part of all the 'cloud chasers' and people that sub-ohm, is that this is what the general public think the vape world is like. For every 10 people that use Vaping as a smoking cessation, there's 20 clowns that vape just to show off and to look cool.

This will be the biggest down fall for the future of this stuff. Too many people on board just to try to look badass, blowin' big clouds.

Real talk.

tru that. I used to vape in public with my ego batteries when almost no one vaped in public and everyone online was worried about 'silver bullets' being too big and looking like a fool in public. Nowadays it seems like a bunch of youngsters just vape openly in public with a sense of pride and 'showoffyness' just waiting/wanting someone to go up to them and talk about their mod or give them a thumbsup for being cool and vaping.

Used to be that youd see the smokers just go off in a section away from people to smoke alone or with other smokers out of basic politeness. Nowadays at my college people just whip out their mods and vape pens and vape right in front of you or a crowd of people just because they can. I know some won't agree, but i still see what we do (vaping) as a habit, and a habit that belongs to us. Regardless if it doesnt harm them or not, I still think we should still be polite and not shove our habits in peoples faces.

Vaping has come to be the next 'cool thing' as I see it. "Oh you vape too? Cool! you're cool, i'm cool, we both vape. It's come to be like a hobby people find the need to openly express they are interested in to find likeminded fellows and find acception/aknowledgement from others.

Everywhere you want to be
With regards to cloud chasing: Haters gonna hate.

With regards to non smokers picking up vaping: Given the choice, I'd rather see my children vape than smoke. Of course I'd prefer neither, but if they were to pick one up, which would you choose?

Everyone that has griped about non smokers picking up vaping for whatever reason are completely off the mark on this one.

To an extent, yeah, theres always gonna be the "801 club" that looks down on 2nd/3rd+ gen devices as overblown and ridiculous, even if the cloud chaser had been doing the Tayrn Spin since before it was cool.

But a lot of us see new people, many of them young, getting into an aspect of our hobby/habit...hobbit...getting into an aspect of vaping that is very public, very intense, and quite dangerous if you dont respect the learning curve.

Cloud chasing can be great fun. I do it. Long rips from a screaming quad-coil, inhaling half a mil at a time, mouthfuls of super intense, ummy flavor. It's cool. IF you're safe, and respectful, which many people have shown themselves not to be. That puts our hobbit in danger, and we dont want to lose our little hobbitses...
