Social Outing

Hi Guys

We haven't had a big gathering in quite some time....and I think we're overdue.... summer is past the mid point, and I know everyone's still got summer plans, so, I'm asking for everyone's input....look in your schedules - what available dates does everyone have for a social gathering?

Also looking for suggestions as to place? I suggested a picnic-type event, and someone else suggested Wollersheim Winery (sp?). Any other suggestions out there? Good, central places where we all can meet?

I'll even start - most weekends are good for me, I do have some vacation time I can use to pull a week-day gathering if needed - except for the last week in any month (work won't allow for month-end time off except in emergencies). My only conflict at this time for a weekend gathering is the 14th of August.

so - let's hear your suggestions, everyone!

Isn't it amazing how fast this summer is going -- and we really haven't had summer yet! LOL

I know for sure the weekend of the 15th is out for me - well, at least one of those days. I was just looking at an invite one of the girls' has for a birthday party and it says "Saturday the 16th"....hmmm...better make a call on that.

Plus, seems like everything here is basically one day at a time, but we'll do our best to make it! After all, it's only one day!

As I work 6 days a week and have to cram everything else into Sundays it's hard for me to ever get away from family or repairs at my rentals.

I'm in for just about anything we plan. I'm self employed, so my schedule is fairly flexable. If I have a weeks notice, I can clear the time. It was so much fun meeting everyone at the vape-in we had in Madison. I'd love to get the gang together!!
