I know this thread is a few months old but...
I'm moving to Kingston on August 1 and will know no one in town. I have 2 hobbies: knitting and vaping. I'm pretty sure I can find the knitters but I sure would like to meet some other vapers.
Would anyone be interested in a meet up in August?

Heck yeah.... We (Kingston vapers) are going to the vape meet in Perth on the 28th, but from previous experience we are usually taking about the next meet in the way home.
I will have a look at the schedule and we will have to set something up to welcome a new vaper

I saw the thread about the meet up in Perth and I will be missing it by mere days (and lack of car).
My schedule is completely free for all of August to give me time to settle in. Come September I start school (ack I can't believe I'm going back after so many years!) and will bemore limited with my free time.
I can't wait to meet local people and fellow vapers. My friend who got me onto this is in Montreal and I'm in NB at the moment vaping alone. I'm also so glad she got me turned on to vaping. I was quit smoking almost 3years when family tragidy and work stress got me back on the analogs. First it was 1 here and there to take the edge off but soon the old beast was back. She bought me a 302 pen style and it worked like a charm. Now I have 2 Ego batteries and some KR bottom coil clearos and much prefer it to the analogs! I can't imagine the stress of school plus the nagging desire for a smoke. Now I don't have to deal with that.

Yeah since we had such a great time in Kingston for both meets, we wanted to do one in Perth and hopefully get some of those crazy people from Ottawa and surrounding areas to come along too.
Just like Cobber said, either on the way home or at the end of one meet we are talking about the next one. Its awesome the people you meet in real life are just simply a cool group of people.

I was just down at the Grad club getting the staff into vaping. Jessica (the manager that Slohand was in contact with) is the latest member of the Kingston Vape crew.

The Grad club is going to let me know if they can accommodate us that night (Sept 7th). I'll let you guys know tomorrow with a new thread.
