That's not unusual. Sometimes packages move through the shipping services (UPS/USPS) at lightning speed, sometimes they seem like they're propping up someone's lunch for a week. Sometimes they're still moving but didn't get scanned properly.
Your package is going from the US to Portugal? The delivery window for that could be up to eight weeks, especially when the Customs people might get involved. I once had a shipment of *wax* get held up in Frankfurt Customs for two weeks, no explanation but I expect that they were trying to figure out if it was dangerous. Someone, somewhere, may be doing the same with your package.

I sent a BJD doll to Russia once and there was 2 weeks of no updates as it sat in customs or wherever.
Also note - the East coast of the US is under hurricane warning. We have one coming up the coast right now. Some flights have probably been cancelled, some airports may be closed. It's just reaching Maryland which is 2-3 states below New York but is aiming at NY.

Don't fret. It'll get there. It's probably just because of the weekend or stupid people. I ordered some juice one time from Wisconsin and it took 8 days to get here, on the other hand, I got some cartos from CA in two days.
I ordered something from China to USA. For > 10 days it had no updates. USPS said "departed HK". It showed up at my door next and still no update.
I once ordered a fishing reel from canada....sat in customs for two weeks and arrived with no update....sometimes it takes times, especially travelling between countries. I'm sure it'll get there!
