Some People Go to Extremes to Quit Smoking

It is funny that after putting a ridiculous cage on his head, he swears to his god and on his bible that he will never smoke again, yet his faith was not enough to help him quit smoking without going to ridiculous measures...

I smoked 48 yrs and I went to extremes but I never slapped a cop or got put in jail to quit smoking. Then I found ecigs and the rest is history.

I have found eciggs to be the best transition, I have cute my nicotine intake in half. I plan to go 0 nicotine one day, but at the same time I find eciggs to be the easier more tolerable method.
