Some questions on my project

Well I'm in the drawing stages of my electric hookah and I'm sure most of you can guess its going to be based off of ejuice, outlet power(d/c right) and tank design but I do have some questions that hopefully some can help with.

First of all if I want my vapor to travel through a 2ft hose..do I need to make a more powerful coil or do you think standard HV design would be enough.

Secondly what can I do to regulate the d/c power to 5v and 3amps? I know the normal regulators we use in mods simply wont be enough.

Other questions may to mind as I work through this but I plan on making this a long term project since I will be having alot of changes happen this summer

I've been thinking of the same project. I used about a foot and half of tubing to see what kind of vapor I cold get through a 5v box. I wasn't very happy with the vapor production I got from it. I was using battery powered box just trying tubing. There is a company in Vegas that is selling them. I hope you get some good responses here because I would love a wall plug hookah.

Yea that's why I was think of possibly a stronger HV coil or maybe dual coil it??

About DC regulator. You could use this: kis-3R33 | eBay You will get 3A.

About the hose. I don't think that you achieve good result with 2ft hose even if you will vape using more power: too much condensation. Maybe better to use long enough wire instead of long hose? You get better result with less efforts and less power consumption. Only reason I want a hose is so that I could keep the tank and carto on the actual hookah itself...but I guess I could combine the hose and tank so I don't have to worry about coil size
