I'm looking at a low profile Reo Grand. Even found the color I like. But, I have a few questions....

First question is on the Reo Atomizers. Are they all bottom fed by design? Or do I have to drill holes in them? I'm looking at the Reomizer 6.0. Any thoughts?

Second question is on builds. I like to drip on a .3 ohm build. Any issues with this that are specific to the Reo, or squonkers in general?

Third question is on ordering. Outside of the mod and the atty, is there anything else I would need to get going? Nothing worse than vapemail you can't use!

Last question is on shipping. How long do their packages generally take to arrive? I was really impressed with Atmo when my Nemesis arrived in California, from Greece(!!) in only 3 days!

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey all the atomizers sold on the site are bottom fed so you don't have to worry bout that at all. With the Reomizer 6 you should be fine subohming at where you want. I usually stay a little higher at around .4-.5 but .3 shouldn't have a problem. Shipping took around 4 days or so to get to me when I ordered mine, so it's pretty quick overall.

Hope this helps.

0.3 Ω is fine too, but cleaning becomes more frequent. Not that that's whats Dani's asking.

Under that- starts to get dodgy.

T
T,

From what I understand, I can use just about any bottom fed rda for the LP model. Am I correct? I don't understand the ohms yet, but I'm reading and now I have an ohms meter, so I'm getting there. Slowly.

Thanks,
Dani

yes you can dear. If it fits (and anything with a 510 connector will) then you can vape it.

This also applies to tanks, although running a tank on a Reo is a bit stupid, because it has a bottle below.
All Reo atties Rob sells are bottom fed.

The advice above was for very low resistance coils - you don't run in that range at all, and i suggest you don't rush into it until you feel comfortable with the various calculations and so on. In your case, run coils above 1Ω and you can clean your Reo once a month.

I am a different animal.

It's not difficult, but it is YOUR responsibilty to make sure this stuff is right before you hit the fire button.

Which is a longer answer than you expected, but true nonetheless

:)

T
T,

Yes, I don't think I would enjoy it below a 1.0. I love the flavor. Not much of a cloud chaser, either.

As always, thank you for your feedback. I always appreciate it when you chime in.

Mostly been answered!

But -
You should get an extra spring or two, in case you "collapse" one - that's the fuse.
And an extra o-ring or two - you put one under the atomizer, to give a little flexibility when screwing it on, letting you kind of "aim" your airholes away from your face, which prevents any gurgling...

Other folks recommend other extras (bottles, etc) - but the two addons above are the "top two" I think...

You can find out everything you need to know about the REO on the Reo forum

(I use, in addition to my RM2s, a kayfun on my LP Reo...just because I can... the Reo is, after all... a mech)

I go as low as .24 Ohms on my Reomizer.

Since it is truly mechanical there is no button issues.

Almost all of the bottom feeders use a Button and they can't take the high wattage and will give out over a
few months..

I did have a problem where my REO Button Melted, but the new ones are holding up well.
