Some things I learnt today

1. Don't try to fit 3.2ml in a 3ml bottle. It will fit, but you won't be able to mix the stuff together properly.
2. Pure peppermint oil on the atty is disgusting, and won't come off easily.
3. In your experiments, you will make some truly horrible flavors.

Too true. I checked my 10ml bottles using a syringe and noticed they have a forgiving head space. I figured at worst I could use a syringe with a blunt needle tip to suck/spray the mixture to and from the bottle to mix it but wanted to see if a 10ml boston round was full to the top or left some space.

Yeah, I've mostly made stuff that tastes like poo. I have like 50 flavors in a gallon ziploc and so far, I have found that I like mango. The bakery flavors, cheese cake, cinnamon roll, waffle, all taste wrong to me. Ugh. I'm still in the learning cure too.

There is so much to learn as we evolve in DIY! I have made two flavors so far that just make me completely nauseous every time I even get a whiff. The problem with that is my husband LOVES them. Drives me crazy.

Not all at bats can be home runs. The good thing is a 3ml batch is really only pennys. I have dumped a few down the drain myself.
