Somebody knows something about Rob of fluidvaper?? Stolen package to Spanish postman

there is a German phrase for this kind of service:

" Jemanden am ausgestreckten Arm verhungern lassen.."

thats a terrible service ,
i hope it will be changed and solved sooner rather than later....!!!



Shipping a insured package to another person means:
If that person doesn´t receive it
the person who shipped the item has to do the claim.
They have to
send you another item or refund your money.
that is what i would call customer service !!!

These guys have been very fair helping me with a couple of orders. This seems to be going on too long. I hope they make this right for you soon.

Well I've been thinking it so I think I will just say it !!!!!!! Back in the day I had two packages from COV that were lost with USPS... Bruce reshipped the packages and product on HIS dime and collected from the post office after the fact ! But I did get my package in a timely fashion and I believe it was within 2 weeks, NOT 2 months. This issue should have been taken care of weeks ago...The only person out anything here is leobaker, Not very good business , but that's just my 2 cents.....

Maybe its better don't talk... I'm very disappointed with this situation.
I send Rob mails at that addres that you type, or more address, Facebook message...
He didn't respond!!!

Thks dspin. But its resolved.

This night Rob respond one of my messages and told me that he continues discussing with USPS but he put the money from his pocket.

5 minutes later the money was on my PayPal.

Thks for your support guys. It is a non comfortable situation for all persons involved, Rob me and all of you!!! But finally is ok.

I hope and want that USPS gives the money back to Rob.
