If you want to have always a new GG that produces the best throat kick and the best smoke, then you have to clean the button and the little axis in the button's cap.

1) Unscrew the cap

2) use a 1000 sand paper and clean the axis. Move your hand like screwing the axis on the cap

3) put your finger inside the GG and clean button's base

You have a new GG again

In addition to this, I would also recommend regular cleaning of the inside of the button where it touches the centre pole on the end-cap.

Keeping your GG clean really does make a different to performance so if you notice yours lagging a little, try it, you may be surprised.

OK, I just re-read Imeo's post and realised that what I said above was almost a direct repeat of what he said - I just didn't realise (it's the language).

So, I am guessing when he says axis - he means the centre pole thingy attached to the cap that I am talking about.

Also try to sandpaper a little the spring that is attached to the axis that I mentioned before and clean with alcohol the battgery connector

PLease post pictures of the areas you are suggesting we clean. This would help a lot.

I have no idea what the axis is.

I cleaned mine last night. I do this ever so often just to keep from having problems. I also carry a tiny piece of sandpaper with me so I never get caught out with out something to clean my GG.
