How frequently of a smoker were you? I know I could inhale vape much easier than smoke which allows me to absorb more nicotine per puff so I have to dilute to extremely low nicotine levels if any nicotine at all.

It could be the flavoring used, but there is a possibility it is the PG. I know someone that is completely allergic to drinking alcohol and breaks out in hives instantly and produce intense migraines. You could try and switch to straight VG and a different flavor.

It is not uncommon for new users to find they are sensitive to PG, which could be causing your symptoms. Some ppl have to eliminate PG altogether, while some others feel better by simply cutting down the PG ratio in their juice, such as myself.

I started vaping with 100% PG and shortly thereafter cut down to 70% and all symptoms went away ....

I think Ecopure in the UK sells VG liquids. For me, VG is what gives me gas/heartburn. I stick to 80PG/20VG or less VG. When I first starting vaping food flavors would sometimes trick my mouth into swallowing vapor and that will definitely cause gas/heartburn. if you are using food flavors, a tobacco flavor may prevent accidentally swallowing vapor. Also, vaping lots of food flavors might trick your stomach and digestive system into behaving as if food will be arriving shortly. One other thing- if you are getting eliquid in your mouth, that can cause heartburn.

In addition - nicotine has a laxative effect. So think about your nicotine level and how much you are vaping.

Note VG liquids can be very thick and may not work well in your cartomizers unless you thin them up to 10% with distilled water. They will also deliver less nicotine TH but more vapor.

And these is a UK forum in National Forums
