We in the smokless section are very concerned about PACT passing on the 12 of March. Pact makes it illegal for the mailing of tob products and to my understanding Fedx and DHL have agreed to not ship tob products if PACT passes.

So for you ecig users that think so what it doesnt affect us, think again right now ecig is in court and if it is classified as a tob product guess what, no shipping, if classified med prod no ecig period.

It appears to me the slimeballs in Govt slit all our throats with this one. I hope Im wrong.

Don't sweat it. They can't stop imports of kits and parts, just the juice.
And there is enough juice in the USA to last a while. The PO and Fed EX and DHL cannot simply open everybody's package in the country to see if there is nicotine in there.

Plus there are tobacco farms in the US. It isn't that hard to extract the nicotine from the tobacco leaves. Just dangerous. I'm considering growing some myself.

If they make it illegal, so be it.
It won't stop us from using something that will save our lives.
There are countless drugs out there very easy to get that are not healthy, yet it does not stop people from getting it.

The most immediate damage I can see from this, is the price of Juice going up.

Well my friend if you look at the consequences of getting caught, I dont think there will be to many vendors willing to risk it. Growing my own is something Im looking in to. I think you are right on the hardware but if you cant get juice what good is the hardware?

Don't underestimate the resourcefulness of the
American and Canadian entrpreneur. It is what has made America great.

You can always buy you own PG or VG and get the flavors and mix your own. Depends on if you need nic or not. I'm sure there have to be places where that could be found too.
