I'm not sure I believe that parents of teens are as out of touch as "the experts" think.

Where are these unsupervised teen parties happening? Are the parents allowing their use because the kids aren't using nicotine... are they not aware that their kids are going to parties where no one says anything about the vaping? It is hinted at that teens appear to not be using nicotine at all, but you can't expect something like that to be stated. That would make a stupid news story: "Teens blowing vapor rings with devices not called e-cigarettes, which don't have nicotine in them"
