That is so true, Jan. I halve my nic level towards the evening and have read of other peeps that do the same. So Myrany, it might be a contributing factor to take into consideration.
The first weekend I EVER vaped, I couldn't sleep at all. I don't know what nic level you're using, or if insomnia is a chronic problem that has nothing to do with vaping for you....but once I lowered my nic level, I could sleep again. In fact, I started (for awhile) lowering my nic just in the evenings, and that worked. Just a thought.....
Have you tried melatonin? About a month ago I started taking it 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep. Works like a charm. No groggy feeling in the morning either.
