I have been mixing my own ejuice and have been using Menthol as a throat hit-----and out of convenience using no nicotine at all-------never got around to ordering some on line.

I feel better with the 0 nicotine but get bored and switch after awhile to some store bought ejuice with 1.8 nico..........

I DIY....I stopped adding nic 3 weeks ago. I was at 3mg. No noticeable maladies associated with 0 nic at this point.
