Hi there,

So...I'm new to vaping. I've never smoked cigarettes, I've only ever done hookah and herb. I started vaping with a pen and with anywhere from 0 to 6mg juices. I upgraded to a smok stick v8. I was doing a 3mg nic in that and decided i didnt like the way the nicotine would make me feel light headed and such so went to a 0mg. I really just like the flavors and the act of smoking. But yesterday my chest felt really tight for hours and was very uncomfortable. So i havent smoked today as I'm scared about the chest tightness even though it's almost gone. Is this normal? Will it go away?

Never heard of black label cinnamon custard.
The pg/vg ratio isn't printed on the label?
I wouldn't vape any e liquid from any company that didn't disclose at least the pg/vg content.
Not sure what is in the liquids you're vaping?

Your symptoms could also be from flavoring(s), sweeteners, or, medical condition.

A gastrointestinal specialist isn't going to help with a respiratory problem.

Correct. Without knowing the VG PG ratio we really can't help.

It may be an allergy to VG, it may be an allergy to PG, or it may be something in the flavor.

Nobody can say vaping is completely safe.
If you can live without vaping, then do not vape.
If you are ready to take small risks, then vape.

What PG / Vg ratio are you using?
The cinnamon custard and the drippy lee pound cake both say 80vg/20pg? My other juices are 70vg/30pg, 60vg/40pg. Epic clouds and sweet shack just say "max vg" and don't give an actual amount...

Many folks have a sensitivity to high % VG liquids, symptoms range from tight or heavy chest to wheezing to a feeling as if an elephant is standing on your chest to difficulty taking a breath.
