think we can hit 1000 posts before the sub-forum is abolished?

Maybe we should come up with a plan of where we will all meet up in case the worst happens. Kind of like a family plans where to meet in case their house catches on fire, or some natural disaster happens when they are separated.

....talk about unnecessary negativity....I think I just went there....in spades.

They don't seem particularly tortured by us. :p

Maybe we can just start our own company! We have techie people to explain ohms and mahs and attys, a couple photographers to take pictures of the product (in frightening detail), and I'll mix our 555 in my tub.

I am thinking there is some company re-structuring going on. It has to grow to keep up with the demand. I am also thinking Leaford wants to make some changes or needs some answers to some of the problems that have been uncovered here.

I was buying into the "needs answers" excuse for the first couple days. But not anymore... it would have taken all of 30 seconds for him to say "hey I hear you and I'll come back with some info after I talk to so-and-so who is out of town for a week". But instead we get crickets.

I'm a good manager.....can I help? I've even managed a customer service department in the past.

From what Leaford stated, he believes that the material, with the exception of the batting, was high heat silicone. High heat silicone melts at about 1440 degrees Fahrenheit to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. At those temps the silicone SHOULD NOT melt in this device. Otherwise the VG turns toxic. In fact at 530 degrees it turns toxic. The temps of the atty I believe were measured higher then that. Or close enough to be problematic for those of us using any VG.

So, yes, maybe the factory is using something other then what Leaford expected. He is either talking care of it, or....
