As a fellow guitarist, it's an easy song if you already fingerpick. :)

I just recently learned the entire "Into the Wild" soundtrack that Eddie Vedder wrote (for the most part) and it is generally all "travis picking" I'm semi new to finger picking styles, but I've played for close to ten years so I have a grasp on it for the most part. A little out of the norm for me, but it sounds great.

When I first read this, I thought you said you were learning how to get to California by zeppelin. Wow, that would be a fun way to travel. Then when I got to the guitar part I re-read it and realized my mistake. I kinda prefer the trip idea.....

The irony in this, is I am actually taking a roadtrip from PA(where I live) to California in the summer. weird that you read it that way lol

Are you going via Route 66? If you don't know about it, and are interested, I'll fill you in on a great way to get there. But I guess it depends on where in California you're going.....anyway, it'll have to wait until tomorrow. It's way past my worknight bedtime. Later.....

You know, I used to be excited to come to the Bloog subforum. Now, this is the only thread I care about and I seem to have lost a lot of my passion for it.

When I come to this subforum now I find myself wanting to ask others, "So, what other products/companies have you found to work as an effective replacement for the BMF?". That makes me sad.

Wow, I missed the 1000th post extravaganza. Too busy sleeping, I guess. ;)

Hmm, I can't say I know what that is. Travis picking rocks. I love finger picking. I've played guitar for almost 30 years, and just taught myself to finger pick about 5 years ago. Opens up a whole bunch of things I was missing before.

check out the song just breathe by Eddie Vedder. It's a relatively simple song, but it's pretty great IMO.

He's logged in here numerous times. He's been at a 'working computer', he just didn't post anything, here or elsewhere.

Again, I apologize. True, I was occasionally able to borrow my engineers computer for a few minutes to show him the complaints and data and pics that you guys have posted. But there's a difference between that and being able to spend time replying. For example, I've been on here for at least 6 hours tonight, and that's typical for me. Maybe I should have at least posted a quick note on those occasions, but honestly we were in the middle of things and I just wanted to show him something to prove a point or illustrate that this is something our customers are concerned about, and then we would go back to our discussions, or back to working on our testing.Besides, the whole time I always thought I'd have it fixed in another day or so, and could catch up then. It was just that one solution after another would fail or get delayed. It's not like I KNEW at the start it would wind up taking this long.
