Leaford,

I understand. Tempers got a bit flared here for a bit. Toni is really more the self-professed marketing person here, so honestly her absence seems to have surprised more people here than yours. But, if you look around, you'll see that the majority of us continued to defend and root for Bloog, to a point...until it seemed we were spinning our wheels.

In all honesty, a lot of nicely built-up trust and confidence eroded very quickly with the lack of response from Bloog, be it you, Toni, or anyone else. With the questions about the cartos and no real answers, I decided not to place a rather large order, and I've been in contact with quite a few others who skipped orders they had planned on placing. I consider that a genuine shame, because I had very high hopes for this product and the people behind it seemed perfect for the job. People went elsewhere for their product, and as a business owner myself, that's the last thing you want to hear.

I think it's going to take quite a while to rebuild that trust and confidence, and I don't envy you being (apparently) the only one trying to do it, but I do wish you luck.

Well said, thank you. There is a slew of negative posts going on about us on the other forum now... not just the company, but us. We are all horrible people with pom poms that don't allow anything but happy, positive posts. And of course that hasn't been the case, quite the opposite -- but that's how it is being painted. It actually made me sad, like I'm not even welcome there anymore because I'm here too :(

*coughcough* Now, I REALLY told you so, this time!

Leaford will find a working computer, eventually. NYC will finish hand-counting/sorting/shipping/whatever her job is that's probably using all her time, or whatever other REAL LIFE issue she might be dealing with, and be able to come back here and have some fun, again. That's my state of mind.

Any suggestions on how I do that? Other than not dissapearing again, that is. ;)

In my opinion, you only need to keep doing what you were doing before your computer issues. The day I heard Chris (by name) was getting some CS issues handled, I knew we were at the beginning of the positive road again.
There's a bit of a win/lose disconnect with being an approved supplier on this forum. It ALLOWS personal communication between high-up FACES and the customer base. But it leads to a perceived ENTITLEMENT to contact with the people running the business.

Being able to contact ANYONE who knows what's going on, rather than copy/pasted approved script responses is NOT status quo for... well any other line of business that I can recall encountering or even working for. Getting CS handled in-office will play a major part in getting things back on track.

Agreed, Gardner. I'm still not exactly back on the bandwagon, but it's good to see someone "putting out the fires", so to speak.

Frick, well said, and thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one. As much as I want to get back into the spirit, I'm finding it difficult.

I am a new Bloog user and I must say, I am very pleased with what I've tried thus far with a few minor complaints. The vanilla cartos are terrible. I don't know how refunding works as I have all ready opened one of the cartridges, but I will not use the other four. I love the ry4, but now it is out of stock in everything but no nic and extra high. I would like to order more but I can't. Half the things I'd like to order I can't. I understand the entire Chinese New Year situation, but that was over a month nearly. I'd like to try some 555 in 11mg or 16mg, not available. I'd like to grab one of those green batteries that were talked about early into me joining the forum. It's just frustrating when you are truly enjoying a product, and would like to continue contributing to the business, and you can't unless you settle for something you don't really want. One other complaint, and in know way am I taking stabs here, but the website's structure is terrible. The order process is painful. It took three days for me to receive a confirmation that I had even just purchased over one-hundred dollars worth of merchandise. All I can say, is I'm sure you are pulling your hair out with all the success and stress this business is bestowing in your direction, but a few minor improvements, and I don't think I just speak for myself, would make everyone a lot more confident in Bloog. Maybe dates we should be looking for stock updates? I'm sure shipping info is available, even an estimate would be great. An easier to navigate website. Items in stock. and everyone would have a big smile on their face =) sorry for the rant, and in no way am I trying to be ignorant or disrespectful.

Honestly, good information on what exactly we're dealing with on the carto issues is paramount. You have to understand our position as consumers of your product: two threads appear questioning the quality and safety of the cartos we're all using, a brief post is offered with very little information to reassure us, and then over two weeks of silence. Not reassuring at all. I don't like sitting around vaping something I question the safety of (and I know, not as bad as analogs, but do we actually know that without information?) So, communication is extremely important. If it were an average week of "new carto flavors coming in" and "help us design labels", the lack of communication wouldn't have been so damaging, but in light of what was being discussed...it was extremely bad timing.

As I've said, I run my own business, so I know one thing about customers: they will stop buying from you almost immediately when it seems the people in charge are apathetic to their concerns. It's like poison to good business.

Thanks. I'll be here even if it's just for the conversation (I don't like that other sub-forum much), but I'm still hoping for the best for Bloog.
