holy moly, I've never seen that before. I have used this name just about everywhere for everything, since about 1997. It was a radio station I used to listen to and thought it sounded pretty. Met some people I used to play Yahoo Pinochle with in Las Vegas once, and they would call me Star, and I'd answer to it. LOL

OK then... I once saw a karaoke site online where you could film yourself singing and post it for others to rate. I'll find that karaoke site again and film something.

Starsong, kettlebells are Russian strong man toys, they look like cannonballs with suitcase handles, made out of cast iron. They've undergone a renaissance in the US and are now the bloog maxx fusion of fitness. From grannies losing weight to young men getting strong, they are a simple, do all, always works, and always work better than any other approach. You've never tried to lift one, so you might not appreciate this "juggling" video:
At the end that's a 70 pound bell AND a 53 pounder he's tossing around!

I've recently started "juggling" them in addition to just lifting/swinging. My lungs are already noticably better after just...2 weeks? 3 weeks off analogs? But the original reference was just that my lanyard stays put while doing stuff like that.
Anybody else doing any fitness stuff and seeing an improvement? It feels weird, but I can vape while working out in ways that smoking would literally make me vomit, it feels dirty, but liberating!

Well I'm happy today. I thought I lost my blue battery about 2 weeks ago and I just found it in one of my jackets.
