I am not hostile. I am disappointed. In truth, I feel like I am being strung along. I realize they are a business and must do what they can as they are able and in their best interests.
BUT, we were told a particular thing. It was fairly explicit in its timing. And yet, it did not occur. An offense that was further compounded by the lack of communication and explanation.
I guess to say I am disappointed is insufficient. I am also annoyed and frustrated.
I now hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I do not have an Affiliate code but I personally have sent a considerable amount of business their way not to mention my own.
But I grow tired of answering questions about when such and such will be back in stock or newly available. I grow tired of explaining why they can't buy
juice from Bloog. I grow tired of making excuses I no longer believe.
