Some interesting facts about the Duke.......
In John Wayne's own words, "There've been a lot of stories about how I got to be called Duke. One was that I played the part of a duke in a school play, which I never did. At this point there is nothing that can stop me.
I can sit in a bar full of smokers without even the slightest urge to light up.
No morning urges or after dinner "smoke"
Still having trouble with the after se....... oh never mind.
Evie, you're getting close. If you are still hitting an analog once in awhile, it's OK.
Your body is gonna tell you when it is time to smoke your last one.
Like I tell everybody else, it's all the ones you don't smoke that are the victories.

Shooter, my experience has been much like yours. I felt that way from my first puff. I wasn't going to say anything until next Wednesday, but that will be my 1 year anniversary.
And Evie, it gets easier. I look forward to my morning vape just like I used to with my cigs. When I smoked, I never thought, hmm, what flavor do I want to smoke this morning. Vaping for me is fun and I never thought of cigs that way. I have friends and family that vape now and we can get together and that's all we talk about sometimes.
