is the basic diy kit from nude nic worth my time or should i just piece stuff out? not overly concerned about the price but not sure if its worth having all the stuff, ive looked through the forum as much as i could and it seems kinda all over the place i understand it personal preference but i just want to get started safely and not be stupid about it. any help would be appreciated thank you.

In hindsight, I think most people who bought a kit to start DIY end up thinking they wouldn't do it again. A kit is always gonna be someone else's idea of what you want, like or need. In a short while you may find you didn't need "that" and will never use it, don't like the plastic beaker's etc and will spend more money replacing those with glass anyway, stuff is either too big or too small for your needs - etc. When you start you need more basic bottles and syringes and less "all that" you find in a kit.

The kits can leave you feeling a bit overwhelmed too. You really don't need a huge pile of kit hardware to get started in DIY.
