If one wants a liquid with 0 nicotine content... all that would be necessary is the PG liquid and whatever flavoring you'd like which from what I understand are available at all kinds of stores including drug stores and walmart! Food-grade PG is what I'd be looking for... Is this correct?

98% correct, some times you might need to add some destilated water or a little bit of pure grain alcohol or vodka

my advice is that you try by yourself small quantities, like 10 drops of PG and 3 or 4 drops of any extra liquid, play first with that until you find your right proportion

OK so lets see if this is right??

I have some really tasteless banana liquid here at 24 mg nic... SOo If I were to get some banana flavoring some PG and some cheap vodka I would just keep adding like a drop of flavoring and a few of PG and then maybe some vodka til I get to the flavor that satisfies me. I need to cut all my 24 mg juices and my 18 mg juices cuz since I got my ego...I'm getting dizzy using them!! I guess maybe a little nicotine is still ok but I'm almost sure I could go to 0 if I had the right flavor.

if your banana liquid is tasteless don't use that, just keep it for those moment you may need nic, find the flavor you want to use and make the mix but always keep the proportion, I meant make you first test and try it, if that is not good make a new one don't try to fix the former one or you will never know what you did

That "problem" could have been from too much nic. That can give one a bit of the mud-.... as well. You could experiment, but I'm not sure he will want to be the guinea pig

yes you can, you are just gonna reduce the flavor and the nic

Well I have to disagree with that , because PG gives me the ummmmm, so many words to use, lets see bowel problems!!!
So did not using nicotine( o nic juice) or when reducing the amts. it was quite nasty, so I have to think that just like flavoring being subjective, each of us is different in that we can all show the same symptoms for different ingredients,depending on our systems.
