Sparks Fly From Rebuildable Atomizer.

I recently got a Phoenix Rebuildable and thought I finally had it right. My wire is wound around my wick with no wires touching and my Provari shows 3.4 ohms. When I activate it I do get vapor but that's not all as it also produces hot little sparks of something. In fact with the top off you can see little streamers of vaper shooting away from the wick/coil doing a nice little arch a few inchs up and then back down. A few have landed on my hand which I can't see but can feel them hit. I am using a cotton wick and nichrome wire. Any ideas?

Keep it very wet. Over time it will probably bed in. The coil will develop an oxidised coating and you should see less of these effects.

Also it would be useful to know if this happens with every different liquid or just one type.
