Ok, I've been looking thro the 'stickies' and didnt see the info I was looking for. Maybe ya'll can help. I dont know why but I wanna know how/when the membership levels change. As of now, mine says full member. But when does one get 'higher titles'? I know its a small un-important question to most, but for some reason, I WANNA KNOW!! Sorry, if I'm bein a spaz, please let me know!! Or is there a place to RTFM?? Thanks!!!

Yeah, I know that. My post count really went up when I joined the HHV thread. Gained a lot of friends in that thread! I hope my posts are knowledgable and helpful. Even thought provoking. I've had questions answered also, and hopefully those questions helped someone else that might have had the same issues.

Edit to add: I hope you don't think that this response to your quote is an effort to jack up my count

By the way, I do try to edit posts instead of adding another post to an otherwise long thread.

IMO, post count really doesn't mean anything. I have seen people on the forum that have twice the post count I do that still don't seem to know anything and I have seen people with post counts around 20 that know a hellva of a lot more than I do.

The only thing it does do is show if a person is active in the forum.

True dat. It would be a really nice feature to have a way to vote for a helpful post. The like feature is fun - but so often the like might only be about someones humor or even political statements. But new people coming in have a hard time discerning who has actually useful advice vs someone who just as a lot to say.

Sadly the more I read different posts, the more I find that to be all very true.

This post is in no way an effort to jack up my post count because I only need a couple more to go from being a dreaded Senior member to being a shiny Super-Duper member. I just wanted to say . . . um . . . uh . . . that I agree with the post about quality over quantity.
