Tell ya what, after trying a cheapie RDA (Igo-L) at my desk over the last few days and seeing how well it consistently works compared to any of my tanks, I'm rather intrigued by the concept of a bottom-feeder. It seems like it would have all the benefit of a dripper without the hassle of actually having to drip. If I could find one that used a DNA-20, I think I'd jump right in with both feet, but I'm not sure I want to do a mech. I want control over how much power is going into my coil, I want to know my battery's state of charge, and I really like the on-board pass-through charging capabilities that both of my DNA-20 mods have.
I hate my Reo, the damn thing keeps working no matter what I do to it.
And there's the Reonaut. LOL
I am in no way bashing the reo. They must be great units. I have to agree with Rossum the consistency of drippers is unbeatable and bottom feeding seems to be the way to go if you want to be hassle free. I may end up with one if they make one I can stand the looks of. I really don't like a box mod. Although that could change in future.
It occurred to me that Reo fans are just like the vegans in spot the vegan. They will tell you about their Reo if asked or not. If your not familiar with "spot the vegan" you might be confused. Google it. It always kills me. Don't get me wrong. Reo fans have every reason to be excited about their gear they are great. I just have been perusing a bunch of threads that are asking for suggestions lately and there is almost always someone that chimes in with "have you tried a Reo with a RM2?" or something along those lines and every time,"There's the Reonaut" pops into my head. Anyways it just makes me laugh every time I see it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, don't take this any other way than friendly banter. I have no problem with reos or their fanatical followers.

I would like to do some research on the REO...GrimmGreen has a review but it is 3 years old..are the current reo products essentially the same as they were then? Also do you guys just use a normal 510 dripping atty? Or rebuildables?

If you'd ever used a reo, you'd understand the loyalty, & fanaticism of the reonaut's
Frnk
Actually I love mechs. I own two and use them every day. And as I have said numerous times this was only done in jest. I have never uttered the words rabid fanatic. Get your panties unwadded.I see Innokin recommended far more than REO in those threads.
Idk man if u find something that vapes great, and someone asks what is a great vape, and u tell them whatever it is at the moment u think is vaping great. Suddenly you're a rabid fanatic?
Seriously sucker dad don't try a REO. Or any mech for that matter. It doesn't even have an LED so you know if it's firing or not. You'll definitely blow up your hand. Stay away!
