Hey guys, need some help trying to figure out the issue. I got a new Grand a week or so ago along with a new Reomizer. Built the coil, loaded it all up and I couldn't get it to fire. After pressing the button 2-3 times, the spring rapidly collapsed (with a tiny poof of smoke). I figured I must have missed a short in the coil and ordered a new spring.

It arrived today, swapped it out and built a new coil. Triple checked it, ohm reader put it at 1.22 ohms with no problems. Loaded it up and the same thing. No fire, then as soon as I made a firm connection with the battery - poof. I know it's not the Reomizer, because it's running fine on my Mini.

I only have one more spare spring, so I don't want to fiddle with it without some help. Any ideas?

I have a feeling the center post on the atomizer is not protruding enough . I caught one of my guys not setting them properly . What happens is the threaded part of the atomizer the negative is making contact with the center post in the mod . I wont no until I see the atomizer but that is my best guess . It would help if you could show me a picture of the base of the atomizer

That could be the problem, I just looked at the center post and it seems pretty flat. I can test out my last spring using a different atty. How can I adjust the center pin to protrude more?
with a flat blade screw driver turn the center pin counter clockwise until it looks like your other RM2.

Tried that, there aren't really noticeable grooves in the pin to grip the screwdriver, just the center hole.
We use a small round point file . If you cant back the post off send it to me I will adjust it. I will also send you some springs and some extra buttons for the aggravation .

Oh wow, thank you, you don't have to do that. Your customer service is outstanding, thank you very much! Even if I hadn't already ditched all of my other mods (over a dozen) for Reo's, I would now just because of your amazing way of running your business.

I'll definitely find something that works when I get home after work, I'll bust out the big tool box and get to fiddling. Thanks again, I really appreciate the help!

He must be the same one that packed my two incorrect orders. :(

Yeah...it took me 3 shipments to get my order of bottle/tubes. I now have more spare bottles then I know what to do with...they just kept coming without the tube and cap! lol.

I do appreciate having 5 filled bottles ready to go though :)
