That's an Eleaf Pico Squeeze 2, I love them. They can be found pretty cheap, definitely worth it. Can also run Arctic Fox.

Good luck. They're fantastic little squonks - 21700, but pretty small. A little on the heavy side, but great hand feel. I much prefer them to the Pulse v2.

I got it from an online store in NZ, and they've now sold out.
