Steve if you read all my posts on this i did say it could only be mine and i expect the best when it comes to gg so when im confronted with this i was ...... off.Also if you read i did say i could of done this post in a nicer way i agree, when i first posted i was annoyed very annoyed.This is not a cheap pv and with claims about best e cig in the world etc so say the rolls royce of ecigs.Well the one i got wasn't the rolls royce it was more a skoda.
Also the fact that the battery's don't fit properly etc im not happy with this pv.Im allowed to state my dissatisfaction its a open forum good and bad are allowed surly.

Imeo if i bought a BENTLEY and the door would not close i would go in and kick up a stink end of story.By the time you posted and i read it i had fixed the pv WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO!!!!!!
If you offer the worlds best e cig make sure it is that and maybe there would be no complaints
EDIT imeo are you fixing the problem about the battery's not fitting aswel? have you offered everyone to return to bore them out?

GGTB has a proper hole eco. Its 17mm in width. If batteries are bigger then they will not fit. Do I had to offer myself to change GGTB's because some batteries dont fit? Is this a serious request from you?
if you were going to fix it then why to complain? Just to complain and say that its not the best cig? And of course you wouldnt have to do it but you did it. So who is the wrong guy here?

hi eco,you should have sent Imeo a pm to let him resolve your issue first then if no satisfaction you could post wat ever you like,you have to admit you went about this the wrong way.

No im not unhappy bout the comments its cool.Im thick skinned tbh and dont care what people think im not afraid to say how i feel about a product either
eco I never support a mass attack on one person. I think it's unfair and I certainly have not liked some comments made here towards you. However we all at some stage have had minor problems with GG spares. I too received an engraved tube with a line across it. I never made a stink about it, I sat at my bench grinder and gave it a buff and that was that. I think you have to realize that you're not buying GG products from a large corporation with a dedicated QC department. As I said I sympathize with what happened to you but you would have been right had you been dealing with a company like Sony or GE or the like. Imeo is one guy who in fact produces the GG range at close to cost. If he is to employee a few people to handle QC we will end up paying for it.
More importantly Imeo proves to us every day that he cares about what we think and how happy we are with his products. He frequently does things that don't make any financial sense to him as a business man purely because we want them. Is it therefore fair to shoot down the guy over one product that may have slipped his attention?

I did line myself up for this and didn't expect nothing less from the brown nose's
I respect the offer for a fix but it was too late i had already got my tools out and sorted the 80 odd pound gg out which ive never had to do with a gg product

I am afraid I do not agree with the OP in the way that he handled the situation.
It would be proper if there was a problem , to first contact the seller and the maker of the product .
There is always small a chance that product has some sort of flaw . The seller and maker deserve to have the opportunity to make this good before posting in this manner in a public forum.
