The most important thing is that it works @Marper, and that it does.

Been trying to find some 0.6mm x 0.2mm rounded edge profile flat wire, but it's hard to find either specific sizes or gauges.
sorry can't help but in my other m25 I did a dual wrap with same wire but 22g 6 wrap so5/6 and that's 0.16 ohms

The thing I like about flatwire ss316 is the ramp up is almost instantaneous, yes I do like my flatwire,I don't know why that is but I definitely prefer flatwire to any other coil

Exactly what I experienced with the coild I flattened. Ramp up is way faster than the same wire/coil without flatening.

I would say, from my mod readings, an exact same coil build, as an example two same wires twisted, after flatening will have:
-Faster ramp-up
-Higher resistance
-Need for way less power to give me performance I like.

I only tested with kanthal and my go to ni80.

Someone told me about some Ni80 "rectangular" wire (3mm x 9mm) Unfortunately, I cant use any flat type wire because of the mounting setup in my RTAs (and besides, I just do restricted DL at lower watts) My friend gave me some "flat wire clapton" I'm going to try in my dual coil RDA (it will work in that because it's smaller guage)

I've also heard of triangular wire, not found any yet.
Most of my rtas can use the flatwire I have, the ones I've tried anyway, still got some I've not tried yet, even the cleito 120 rba deck works with the 22g wire.
It's surprising how many watts you actually need using flatwire, both my m25's are 0.14/0.17 ohm and I can get a good vape using only 45/50 watts.

Square wire is interesting too. I'd be interested in some triangle wire if you have a link where to buy it.

I'm still looking for a finer gauge flatwire like 24g and 26g, I don't know the dimensions in mm but flatwire sell it by the g no, I have sent a message to them for some information about the dimensions but not had a reply yet.

This German website has plenty of different wires, including flat wire and square wire.

if you are after 26g, maybe this one:
    SS Flat Wire V4A 0.8x0.2mm / .032*.008" - AWG 25

    for 24g:
    https://www.zivipf.com/epages/63862...ducts/V4A-0.8x0.3/SubProducts/V4A-0.8x0.3-10m
    or
    SS Flat Wire V4A 1.0x0.2mm / .04*.008" - AWG 24
