I've got an UD Goblin that seems to be heating up my stainless drip tip to the point where it's really too hot. I'm guessing that since the chamber is so tight the coils are heating up the chimney and transferring to the drip tip. I plan on buying a Third Eye Driptip when I can find one that suits me.

Here's the info on my build:

26 GA
0.6 ohm
30 - 38 Watts

I just wanted to make sure nothing is wrong with my builds and this would be a normal condition on a Goblin with stainless steel driptip. Am I correct?

I've still got some n00b in me that needs to be worked out.

I just put the SS tip that came with my tobh on my goblin to try and reproduce this, chainvaped about 15 hits (lol), 3-5 second pulls, and it started to heat up towards the end of the draw a couple times but nothing out of the ordinary. I generally use a pyrex drip tip on mine which never gets hot, gotvapes has some for cheap I think they're 6 bucks, vapordna has some nice ones but they're expensive.

More to do with 30 watts than anything to do with the particular rda

you can use drip tip insulators and/or long drip tips
