So I made some mango juice, same as always but I oversteeped it and jow it is dry and tasteless....I even pit in some lemonade to taste something, anything...it overpowered that...... I tried a couple drops of apple cider vinegar but no luck....I just want this juice to taste good since I hate wasting juice.....hope someone has some advice.

Thanks in advance

Vinegar is usually for tobacco and lemon is for fruit. To use both together I think you may have taken that juice to the point of no return. And how did you over steep. If you use hot water or microwave then you may not of over steeped you may have burned it.

And how did you over steep.

Good question. Mine always gets better and much smoother the longer it steeps.

You might try adding a little liquid stevia (I use the KAL brand). I've found that it helps with the dryness of some mixes. I use 1 drop per 5 ml but I'd start at 1 per 10ml. Of course it also help that I REALLY like sweet!

I've never heard of stale juice. Hmm. I did have some 100% VG juice that eventually went tasteless over a period of time if that's what you mean. But with the organics I use my 100% VG juices now get better with time and don't lose flavor. Are you talking about an old 100% VG juice? Some are just crappy juices. Lol.

Warhawk! You saved that juice's soul! Preach on, brother!

So I have an ultrasonic cleaner (USC) with controllable temp...well les controlable than thought.

I DIY and have my juices pretty down pack...except I just got this USC and the temp went much higher than anticipated.

Great for cleaning atomizers but not steeping. Pretty sure I burned them. I was hoping there was some miracle cure...but there ain't no cure fer stupid. D'oh!

I have successfully made this juice and the only difference was higher heat. I must have burned it...and the 20 others :(

So how hot is to hot? I have read that hot water steeping uses water just below the boiling point. I have only used 165F water once and honestly could not tell that it made any difference. My SOP airing / steeping is leave extra air space such as 20 ml. juice in 30ml bottle ,shake really well remove top leave top off with cotton in bottle neck for 24 to 36 hr..remove cotton replace top shake daily for 1 week or more.

Heat does not need to be ran on every cycle usually just the first but if your UC is overheating I would not use the heat option at all. Heat will generate from the radio wave action alone so you should just monitor the heat with just the UC and no heat on and see if it still over heats.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who actually helped me with this question. I frequent a few different message boards about vaping (so does hoosier lol) and this was the only place where people helped instead of telling me to add menthol (seriously? ) or things to just cover up the original flavor.

Again, THANK YOU
