Don't think it will help with your frustration but anyhoo..
I ordered my 1st KB on 5/28. It arrived 6/10. But it turned out to be a lemon.
Supposedly a replacement was sent 6/17.
Giving it 10 days for mailing time I expect mine tomorrow or Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday, etc., etc., etc.

waiting for my kissbox clasic any one know why they cleared it with customs then sent it back to customs heres the email from harry Shipment sent to the USA on June 13
Shipment received in the country of destination (USA) on June 23
Shipment cleared by the customs in country of destination (USA) on June 24
Shipment received in country of destination (USA) (probably your state where you live in?) on June 24
Shipment with the customs in country of destination (USA) on June 24
I don't know what the people in the USA are doing, on June 13 it was on the plane to the USA, but they scanned it the first time on June 23. Where was it, or what happened in the meantime. And than it was cleared by the customs and now it's with the customs again. I don't understand the way they work in the USA, do you?

I had this the other way around, Karen (UK customs had released my njoy from US). It sat at that status for days till I sent a tracking query to ParcelForce, a UK carrier. I got a reply saying they were holding it until I paid £28.00 in various rip-off taxes, and that a letter had been sent advising me of the blood-sucking charge (I'm paraphrasing)

I never did get the alleged letter and once I stumped up the protection money I got the package pretty quickly.

Could be worth your while mailing the carrier (worthwhile to speed the process, I mean - if I'm right you may get hit for a spurious tax)
