I've been very happy using Bull City Flavors. What I can't get there I use Nicotine River or ecig express. I get my nic salts from Liquid Nicotine Wholesale. There many other good diy sites,I just haven't tried them yet.

I have used Nicotine River for the most part, some forays into Flavor Shack and they have some neat flavors. I like Nicotine River for a lot of stuff, and I'm forgetting another flavor place ATM. There are a great deal of excellent vendors for DIY however, a lot of it comes down to personal preference...

I get my diy supplies from ecigexpress, I especially like their premixed pg/vg/nicotine. The less mixing, for me, the better and they are good to deal with.

When you get tired of it just add 5% TFA peanut butter. Its great that way also. I got that from Wayne

I love bull city. I can order from theem and have it in two days. Im only 65mi from them so I have to pay tax on it.

I've ordered from them with my debit card. Any diy site that has nicotine will not have a paypal option. BCF, Bull City Flavors, accepts pp.

Many use prepaid visa cards for safety. A few get them with exact amount of purchase for one time use only. Only you can know what is more comfortable form of payment to use.

I've ordered repeatedly from Nic River using a bank or credit card but never had any problems. But if you feel more comfortable with a prepaid card, I'd say do that.
