The absolute smallest I can make one is approx 31mm and that's a tough build; don't want to do another. lol

The avg is 35-37mm which is not so difficult. In the end the battery we choose dictates the size of the mod. I like the 14250, but others work just as well.

That's what is so great about modding....everyone gets to do what they like best.

You aint kidding, that super mini is a REAL PITA to make. While I had fun making it and learning about cutting a plastic box perfectly I wont be doing it again any time soon.

Ahh, now that there's a winner chosen I'll post my Brass Bat with micro-G-tank, adjustable atty height:

Beats the Bic except for circumference, 6.5cm for the bic, 7.0cm for mine. Getting a AW IMR 14500 in a bic could be tricky. ;)


I'd volunteer at the kitty shelter to see a rundown/how-to/tut on this mod.
