Got mine today so far enjoying it. noticed something though. Looks like it is constantly monitoring atomizer resistance, even when the device is in sleep mode. Constantly putting out between .008 and .02 volts(when not firing) This may be a factor in the battery life. I'm 2 hours into using it with a 3000mah Orbtronic 18650 with a single 2.3Ω coil at 23W ~7.2v and my cell is at 4.1v, will be keeping an eye on it as I continue to use it.

Removed per update below

The price is right for a trial
Run in squonking if the unit works pretty well and I can build at like 1.2 and slap a smaller drip Tip on there for a more flavor chasing / mouth to lung setup

Edit. After looking at some posts here and the atomizer on top. I can't really beat the price for an intro to squonking so
I've ordered one.

The RDA would not be the best for MTL.
The mod is also on sale without it tho.:
Promotion! Steam Crave Squonk MOD,Steam Crave Squonker

Yah I saw that but I think with the adaptor I'll be ok as a general foray into squonking. I'm not opposed to
Trying out different vaping styles and at least it will Tell Me if I like the actual squonk setup before dropping $150+ on an atomizer

What would you recommend for flavor or mouth to lung on top of this then?

Thanks for your feedback for $10 it's worth having for the odd times I want to hit something hard and to The lungs I think.

Yep, for $10 more, try it.
Rob's low profile Reomizer or RM3 would be good for MTL
    Rebuildable atomizer & supplies
Also have read the Origen 16mm is a good one.
    The Cyclone V1 is another.

It's a solid atty, well worth the price on promo. The flavor is good, the deck is easy to build on, the band controls the air flow which works but isn't pretty. I don't see how you can go wrong.
Yes that's the glass version, ships from US.
They also have the SS one (no bands).

Ok I found them. Which one is better and why? I'd prefer a single coil, setup.

Actually I'm a little confused which of these I'm looking at. I see only a couple that say bfa. Sorry guys. I've no idea what I'm doing with squonking. Just want to be sure if I get something it's right. I see rm3 but it's not bfa labeled and I don't seem to see the other either. The single coil doesn't say bfa either

    Apologies for my ignance

This is the one I was thinking: low profile reomizer works with lp mods only
Because it is single coil and small.
Probably best to ask around in the REO forum: Reos Mods
I don't have either, as I'm more a DTL vaper.
All the attys on the REO site are BF

Oh alright. Cheers mate. Man that's tiny! That's one thing - if I like squonking I'm going to have to find a much much smaller setup

You linked me to a very vey old dripping health and safety post. Maybe tapatalk messed it up. Anyway I'll find it. It was funny to read back that far and see the level of confusion.

The RM2 is a cracking little atty. Very easy to build on. Stock it is a fairly tight draw, it's a mouth to lung atty. I have run mine at any where between 0.5 ohms to 1.5 ohms with good results. Some people open up the air hole for more air than standard, if you decide to do this then take it slow.

Chalice 3 is another small single coil atty. I found it more difficult to build on and it gurgles if you flood it. you need to check for shorts with the cap on before firing as its tight for space. It has the advantage of AFC. I tend to run this at about 1.5 ohms with thinner wire. I like it, having got used to it.

Overall if you can live the fixed air hole the RM2 is easier to build on and cheaper. In terns of vape quality they are very similar.

I have had no leaking issues with either and can pocket the mod no problem. Both are screw tops so the cap will not pop off in your pocket by accident. Neither of these is a cloud chasing atty.

Never tried an RM3 or Origen 16 so I can't comment.

If you have a favourite atty already most can be easily modified for bottom feeding with a dremal or a drill press.

I hope this thing is good! I just bought it. Couldn't resist a VW Bottom-Feeder!

    How fast/slow is their shipping?
    Mine is coming from Singapore.
Ordered on 1/10, just today it is showing "origin post is preparing shipment".
Should be here by mid Feb.? Sooner?......
