so...

I have a number of designs on my table right now. I want to get some consumer feedback on it, but I'm sort of limited in "business related posts" here by ECF (Completely understandable, they've got A LOT of vendors and have to be fair, not complaining here...).

I don't necessarily want to swamp this post with dialogue on future Link products but I do want to get as much consumer feedback as possible on my ideas. Any thoughts on how to accomplish that? I'd like to get a decent sized audience for these questions, and frankly, I don't think 1 thread in this, extremely busy forum, is gonna cut it.

only thing I can think of is Facebook.... bleh

Post what you can on here and keep everyone informed. It's your thread so don't feel that you are swamping the thread. We like that you are keeping us informed so keep it up. Myself and a few others would be happy to beta test.

I totally agree with doats.... Your enthusiastic and informative posts are what I love about this thread. You also really keep us up to date on the production. I am sure im not the only one that appreciates that!!!

so yea..... about those beta testers!

so, items are starting to trickle in, I've got a buncha brass switches and brass tubes. Gotta clean em up a lil bit and package em.

brass tarnishes, that's just a reality of the metal, but I'm gonna clean em up all nice and wrap em in bubble wrap and jam em in a plastic tube for you guys.

I think I mentioned this before, but I was just thinking about buying a Zen gunmetal set up.

I'm gunmetal coating the 'body' of my switch and all my heads, plus I'm getting a custom drip tip gunmetal coated. If I had a zen switch, one of my CE switches and a zen tube with one of my heads and drip tip, I could take apart the switches and use the button from zens, the body from mine, his tube, my head and drip tip, and have a full gunmetal coated device ^_^

brass + juice = bad.

The parts that touch mouth and juice will always be surgical stainless or high grade aluminum.

Also, the male threads and brass, probably wouldn't get along too well, brass is nice, but it's a 'little' soft.

I have a brass dripper and love it. There has been some research done on it and I came to the conclusion that it is harmless. A lot of people would shy away from it though so I understand!

I threw up another thread, specifically for community feedback on what YOU would like to see come out for the Z2 system.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-do-you-wanna-see-z2-system.html#post10388802

please, tell your fellow APV fans, get em engaged. This system represents an opportunity to create an entirely new type of PV, a fully modular, cross compatible, cross vendor system that has well defined specifications for creation. It can only get better from here with adoption. I'm pushing it on my end, but I promise, if interest is shown, more manufacturers will jump on board and we'll be able to really make an impact on the market.

I have begun making packaging for all the parts. I decided they'll be packaged in individual parts instead of 'whole devices' I'll still list some as whole PVs but I'm not gonna do special packaging.

Gotta get all my tubes and stuff processed and labeled, then I need to try to make some special stands for the Barrel of Monkeys edition.
