Steeping ITCVapes juices?

I got my order from ITCVapes in the mail today and I'm concerned about the steeping process. I've never steeped a juice before, so I don't know how to do this or if I need to?

I got, all in 15ml bottles:
Melon Blast
Lemon Custard Bar
Bananaberry Dream
Dirty Dutchman
Spoon Licker V2

I read a thread, that I can't find now, that highly recommended ITCVapes. A lot of people loved the juices that they ordered, right out of the mail, and others weren't too crazy about them, until they figured out to steep them. So, I got my order in the mail today but I haven't tried any of the juices yet. How do I steep them? Do I need to steep them? How do I know if I need to steep them?! Yes, I'm still new at this.

Have any of you ordered any of these juices from ITCVapes and needed to steep them or were they already good to go?

I bought a 120ml of Dirty Dutchman; and while the taste is tolerable, it could definitely use a steep. You'll see all kinds of odd techniques for steeping but nothing beats a few weeks :)

Besides keeping them around for a while to age; shaking, double boiling in crockpots, keeping them in your trunk for a couple days are all options. I've heard crazy things like putting them next to speakers when playing loud music, all the way to putting them in paint mixers to speed up the process. ITCv themselves recommend steeping all juices once delivered, so if you feel your juice needs a little adjustment, it *may* need steeping. Again, it's all subjective!

Hope this helps!

The basics of steeping are very simple. Put them in a dark spot around room temperature and let them sit. Where kids and pets can't get to them!

Breathing is different but just as simple. This is for those ones that smell or taste of chemicals. In that same dark place (away from kids or pets) leave the caps off for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Replace cap shake and let sit a few days\weeks. Some high alcohol flavoring mixes can sit 12 hours with the caps off and then recap and let set a few weeks if possible. Don't over do the breathing. Try less first and then thirty minute increments later on if needed. This is essentially letting some of the flavoring evaporate as the air oxidizes a bit of flavor into the mix. So if you let the wrong mixes sit open too long (or any mix for an extended period of) they will lose some flavor. Once you have let the flavor evaporate there is no going back. So for something that was to strong this is perfect. but for something that just needed more time to mix with the pg\vg it will be muted, lacking flavor.

Rip Tripper has a pretty decent you tube video on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgKfKctOMQI

How in the hell do y'all manage to wait WEEKS to vape it?! I do not have that kind of patience.

You buy a bunch of juice up front. Like 3 of their 120ml bottles ( or any vendor whose juice you like) then separate it into smaller portions. Set some in the closet while, you vape some right away. When are getting close to reaching for the bottle in the closet order more.

And while the prices on ITC are pretty good. I wasn't blown away by their product. It is decent so far with a week of steeping. But to me they are kinda flat. I tried caramel cream, dirty dutchman, mach 10, and pixie tears. All of them needed time to sit and haven't gotten much better. They are sitting in the closet while I vape other stuff, I will come back to them later. And none of mine really had a chemical taste. All that said for the price they are a decent vape but certainly not on par with Nicoticket

Good advice above. Try them, and the ones you like now, vape away. Put the others aside to steep.

We are still working on our first order from ITC. We did not get any of the flavors that you did, but I can tell you that my daughter tried all 4 flavors that I got for her the day we received them in the mail. She loved the Apple Buns and Samoan from day 1. The other 2 - Strawffle and Jack O Lantern - she put aside to steep. Of the 3 that I have so far tried, the Spoonlicker OG and Nilla Gorilla are good to go with minimal steeping, while I will let the Silver RY4 steep for longer if I order it again. We received our order on November 5.

Our very complicated steeping method is to put the liquids in a dark place (I use a cheap toolbox from Walmart, my daughter uses a shoe box), lids on, and let them sit until we are ready to try them. I do mark the date that I receive a shipping notice on the labels once I receive my eliquids, so I have an idea on how long to steep for reorders.

Have fun. Don't forget to shake each flavor well before you put it in your tank.

I got my ITC order today (Nilla Gorilla & Dirty Dutchman) and I put the bottles in hot water for about 15 minutes, shook the piss outta them, popped the nipples off, and let them breathe for about 8 hours based on their recommendation. I'll see how they taste tomorrow and will steep a couple of the bottles for 2 weeks. But I did fill one of 1.6ml tank with Nilla Gorilla, and I love it as it is without steeping. I heard it's even better after a steep so I'm really interested to taste the difference.

YO! You're the dude from my other thread about Cuttwood's stuff, right? What do you get out of Nilla Gorilla? I may have to try that next. Let me know what you think about Dirty Dutchman, too. Also, why the hot water bath?

I know I talked to you in another thread but not sure which one. Nilla Gorilla tastes a lot like Nilla Wafers with a hint of banana to me. My wife thinks it's "too sweet" straight off the truck, but she thinks a lot of things are too sweet (including me) :D I'll try the Dirty Dutchman today and will let you know what I think. I'm not the best judge, though...I'm totally new to all of this.

Vaping the Dirty Dutchman now and I really like it (my wife made her "bleh!" face [emoji37]). It has a really distinct but nice and smooth cigar taste to it with hints of chocolate and caramel. It has vanilla in it too, but I haven't noticed it, so it must me mild. I do like it a lot, though, but I like Nilla Gorilla more.

You being too sweet? Not that I know you or anything, but you're a man. That just sounds like wishful thinking, to me. ;) I am LOVING the Dirty Dutchman! At first, I tasted only the tobacco, but after a few more puffs it wasn't as prominent. I can taste the chocolate and a hint of caramel. For some reason I'm getting a coffee taste out of it?! Is that just me? Maybe it has something to do with my personal creamer choices and reminds me of coffee? I really wasn't sure about it, to begin with, now I can't seem to stop.

Well, shoot. I replied to your other post before I saw this one! Same applies! I didn't catch the vanilla to much, either. Get your wife to vape it a little more. I had to make myself and, like I had said, I'm totally loving it now. Maybe it will grow on her, too?

It will take a vape test to know for certain if there needs to be any steeping. I personally am not familiar with ITCVapes. But I try to steep everything for at least aweek. Some juices aren't fully steeped for up to 5 weeks. But once they have steeped they seem to stop changing. So I guess you can't over steep them. If you want to read more go to the expert...Dannyv45
