Steve has to be the nicest person in the E-cig business. Even after the rush of orders they had last night he was checking the forum to see what the pulse of the people was. All suppliers should have to intern for him to see what this business is all about. He has great communication, great service, great product, and a great additude. That goes a long way with most people including myself. So Steve don't change a THING, you have certainly got it figured out my friend.

I've been checking the puresmoker website for the past week or so, and am super excited the new site is up and running, and the move went well.

I am ordering my e-cig from Steve this week, can't wait!!!

Mace, I'm new to all of this, but my biggest pet peeve with any company is having fabulous customer service, as that is what I offer to my clients. I definitely agree that Steve has this down pat and that is why he has the loyal following he has. I can clearly see this. I am glad I got an order in with him to try, and if I like his juices, I will definitely become another one of his loyal customers because of the way he treats his customers. Last night I had a client email me around 8:15 at night. Within 5 minutes I returned her call. She said, what took you so long? LOL That is what it is all about. Customer service and good products!

Mace, Other than order more stock I wouldn't tell Steve to change a thing. He was checking my order himself last night in all the ruckus. I was very impressed.

Thanks steve! Glad to have you as a fellow Tennessean even if it costs me 9.65% more to order from you. LOL

Yeah i agree with the stock thing, but Steve will get it figured out and then it won't be a problem. Or at least i am hoping so.
