I have to agree with hoosier...i unfortunately live in queens, and feel it is impossible to have my 2nd amendmant rights upheld....i.e. 6-8 months to get a basic pistol liscence at a cost of over $500...but back to the parallel, NY state is now making their moves to ban PV's...just like i could purchase an illegal firearm in my area(never would), i would tho find a way to get my vaping supplies.

government scare tactics,there just looking for numbers because there tax money is dwindling on analogue sales.illegal?? how can a battery and wire be illegal.just a scare tactic.
im sure someone is looking for nicotine replacements as we speak.leave the people in charge of personal vaping supplies,that way we can yell argue and get results.
