Hi everybody. I've been vaping for about 2 years, but the first year I was on and off with it.

I have been analog free for only 2 months because I succumbed to the urges. How do I overcome the urges?

There's just a certain something that analogs have that vaping doesn't. It's not the chemicals. It's just something satisfying and ritualistic.

When I was able to buy different juices and gear I was distracted, but that quickly became an expensive hobby and I don't have the funds at this time.

What do you do when you get the urge for a smoke?

You're right. It's mainly psychological will power.

Not always.

I had been vaping (and not smoking) for about a year and was suffering from major brain fog/low level depression. Very lethargic and even the simplest things confused me. I tried changing my diet, added different supplements, etc. and nothing helped. I then read about WTA, gave it a try and have been using it for the past 1 1/2 years.

I believe that some of us need those minor alkaloids to balance out our brain chemistry. If you can get by without it, by all means do so as it does add to the cost of vaping. If you're one of us that can't, it's a Godsend.

If you do decide to try it you can either buy the juice premade with WTA or, buy the unflavored and add it to whatever juice you like.

I add 8-10% of the unflavored to my DIY.
