Unfortunately, I am still using both, but mostly my pv! I can't smoke at home, so it's always the pv there. But, when I am out, I often take some "rollies" with me. The more time goes by, the worse they are tasting, though. Got 2 orders of e-liquids on the way, maybe when they get here I can totally quit the analogs... I do find that I chain vape more than I chain smoke. When I have an analog, it seems to satisfy me longer, maybe that's because that was how I was used to smoking.

I originally thought I belonged in the "one cig will ruin everything" group until all of my batteries and my one mod crapped out on me at the same time a couple months ago. I ordered replacements, of course, and paid for overnight delivery. I also had a state inspection at work going on though, so I bought a pack. Smoked the heck out of it, too. Then my replacements came, and I gave it up cold turkey with no issues. So you never know, you might be stronger than you think!

I have no craving at all and I smoked for close to thirty year's! I did panic yesterday when a spring wasp grazed my neck........old standby remedy was a pinch of tobacco moistened with saliva and the sting is instantly neutralized. Sunddenly I realized I had no cig! Sd to husband I wonder if I can buy two from someone to keep on hand! lol

try baking soda mixed with water into a paste!

Or use this All Better, Honey ... best thing ever for bug bites and stings

I *like* that site........... I've bookmarked it.

I had to suffer through hanging out with a friend that smokes on a recent trip. He's a very considerate smoker, though, and doesn't ever smoke in his own car, so it could have been worse. I really had no desire to even try one. My biggest concern was staying away from the smoke so my hair and clothes wouldn't smell.

I have the same probs, Lisa. Darned smokers. ;)

Also have to agree with wayon about 'setting limits' and following them--one per day or one per hour, whatever. For me, morandir's smart never-again-not-even-one approach to cigs matches my own. I know myself too well, and one footstep would likely become a fall. I know folks here who can get hit the occasional cig with no probs at all, but those folks ain't many. And they definitely ain't me.

I am willing to try other thing's. It was just that first PANIC thought! lol Will have to try the suggested one's. And the baking soda of course I have it! The thing with cig's (being a smoker at that time) is that I ALWAY'S had some! Now I don't, yeahhhhhhhhhhhh!
