I recently picked up a Stingray Clone and I have been using my Stillare with a single 24 gauge parallel coil. I can't remember the exact ohms but it was around .45. I have been using a Efest 18650 with 30 amps. If I take a hit over 2 seconds the button shocks me and I occasionally get shocked on the mod itself.

I have tried completely disassembling the magnetic button and washing it with no results. I have cleaned the connection with a cloth and I have checked the build for any thing that might make it short and I did not see anything please help.

Probably not shocking you. Most likely it's heat. I had that happen when some juice got on the threads of my Zmax. Felt like a shock but it was the threads getting hot. I'd try cleaning the contacts and threads with alcohol. May want to look into product called Noalox® Anti-oxidant Compound. Put some on the contacts and threads. If you had a short the Stingray would be firing on it's own. Also are you sure about the resistance. When you get really low in resistance the Mech can have a higher resistance than the coil and then the Mech heats up. Lastly is your stingray the copper model? Copper has a lower resistance.
